Prof. Bora has a strong academic and administrative background with significant contributions to teaching, research, and institutional development. He has successfully supervised many PhD scholars, examined numerous PhD theses, and guided several M.Tech dissertations. His research contributions include publications in reputed international and national journals, multiple book chapters, and successful execution of several research projects. He has also edited a book on renewable energy and authored a storybook in the Assamese language. He has been serving as the Principal of Dhemaji Engineering College, contributing to academic excellence and institutional growth. He is also a member of the Assam Engineering Service Recruitment Board (AESRB) and several academic and professional bodies, have facilitated international MoUs, and serve as a peer reviewer for reputed international journals. Above all, he remains committed to mentoring and supporting students and colleagues while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and inspiring academic environment dedicated to excellence and lifelong learning.
